    Preparing a slimming red fruit soup

    • 150 g raspberries;
    • 150 g of strawberries;
    • 150 g of sugar;
    • 30 cl of water;
    • 1 lemon juice;
    • 800 g of red fruits without their stems;
    • a few mint leaves.

    Preparation is easily done in ten minutes and cooking in five minutes.

    Place the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Simmer everything on the stove for five minutes. Once the time has passed, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool. Afterwards, you will have to mix the preparation with the lemon juice. To have a perfect mixture, pass the porridge through a strainer. Refrigerate the soup for at least four hours. Then add the red fruit mixture. All you have to do is serve it on a plate and decorate it with mint leaves.
