Recipe: Light Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients for 24 cookies

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 200 g of oat flakes
  • 100 g of flaked almonds
  • 60 g of brown sugar
  • 120 g dark chocolate (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oat bran

The preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Put the oat flakes and bran, brown sugar and flaked almonds in a bowl
  3. Mix and incorporate the eggs to obtain a paste
  4. Shape small, regular discs by hand
  5. Place the discs on the baking sheet
  6. Bake for about 14 min
  7. Let cool and enjoy
