Tomato, pepper and cucumber gazpacho special low-calorie diet

The recipe for tomato, pepper and cucumber gazpacho
For six people, you need:
- five tomatoes;
- a red pepper ;
- a cucumber ;
- an onion ;
- a clove of garlic ;
- lime juice;
- a bouquet of basil;
- two tablespoons of olive oil;
- a drizzle of sherry vinegar;
- salt ;
- pepper.
Preparation is easily done in fifteen minutes. Preparing vegetables properly is an essential step. For the tomatoes, remove their stems and cut them into pieces. The skinless cucumber should be cut into small cubes. You will also have to seed and cut the pepper into strips. Then take care of peeling and chopping the onion and the garlic clove as well as chopping the basil.
Mix all the preparations in a blender, then add salt and pepper to your taste. Store the mixture in a cool place for one hour. All you have to do is decorate the glasses in which you will serve your soup with basil.
Accompaniments and varieties of gazpacho
You can accompany your gazpacho with a chicken fillet. The latter is a good way to provide protein in a low-calorie diet. You can also opt for other meats according to your preferences.
